Mr. Li Yousheng was born in 1967 and holds a Master’s Degree. Mr. Li was appointed as the Vice President of China Chengtong Holdings Group Ltd. in 2011. Mr. Li was the Principal Staff Member of the Ministry of Materials, Ministry of Domestic Trade; Deputy Division Chief and deputy-division-chief-level Secretary of the Bureau of Domestic Trade; deputy-division-chief-level Secretary and division-chief-level Secretary of the Central State-owned Enterprise Work Committee, the Board of Supervisors of Key and Large State-owned Enterprises, the State Economic and Trade Commission, and the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council; and Assistant to the President of China Chengtong Holdings Group Ltd..
